Introduction to the Agile Extension
The Introduction to the Agile Extension to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®) Guide is now available! The purpose of this extension is to act as an agile business analysis primer that is:
- an introduction to agile practices for business analysts;
- an overview of business analysis for agile practitioners;
- a definition of typical working practices followed by business analysts working on agile projects; and
- an overview of the new and changed roles, skills, and competencies for business analysis.

CPCC Charlotte - BA Courses
Central Piedmont Community College, in partnership with Total Systems Education Ltd., has announced a new Business Analysis Certificate Program. The Business Analysis program is designed for both employed and displaced workers from Charlotte's diverse business sectors.Total Systems Education is an IIBA® Endorsed Education Provider.....more Total Systems is also a national pioneer in the design and delivery of training for displaced professionals who want to return to the work force.If you are a displaced professional, the certificate may be fully funded through the Workforce Investment Act. The Business Analysis Certificate program consists of 13 full day sessions. The course starts January 21, 2010, and ends March 4, 2010, with four classes in January, six in February, and three in March. The full cost is $3,254.00. UNC Charlotte - BA Courses
The Charlotte Metro Chapter board has signed an agreement with UNC Charlotte to provide you with cost effective courses on Business Analysis, directly aligned with the BABOK. UNC Charlotte will provide discounts on UNC Charlotte Continuing Education Business Analysis Certificate Program courses. Discount is approximately 15% off the regular course fee ($995 vs. $845). Please note that the last course to complete the Business Analyst Certificate Program is not discounted beyond the already reduced fee of $500.
