Gilberto ("Gil") Borrero

Gil has worked at companies such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, 1st Hawaiian Bank, CPG, Department of Energy-Savannah River Site, TIAA, Blue Cross of SC, U.S. Bank, Anthem Health (formerly HIP of NY), etc. in various roles including IT Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst and QA Analyst
Gil has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, and presently obtaining a SAFe certification as well as JIRA administrator and PEGA Business Architect. He is also pursuing an additional Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from LSU Gil is married and in his limited spare time, enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping in the Colorado Rockies and Blue Ridge mountains.

Pamela Ploger
|
 |
Pamela Ploger is currently employed at Lowe’s corporate headquarters as a Senior IT Business Analyst. She also has become involved with the Lowe’s BA Community of Practice through membership on subcommittees; one for Standards and the other for identifying and bringing in industry best practices for the BA community. Previously, Pamela was the IT Manager at the Ada Jenkins Center, a nonprofit in Davidson, NC. Prior to that, she was at Invista, where she was a Project Manager working in the Procurement, Logistics and Environmental, Health and Safety areas.
Pamela is both Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certified. She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Widener University. Pamela enjoys reading, running and travel. She lives in Davidson with her husband and five cats.
