Jacqueline Raines

Jacqueline is currently self-employed working with various government agencies as a federal contractor.
 
Prior to exploring the world of federal contracting, Jacqueline worked at companies such as Wells Fargo, TIAA, Inovalon, etc. in various roles including IT Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager and Business Analyst.

Jacqueline has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Scrum Master.

In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling all over the world to gain new experiences and perspectives.

Priya Ravi

Priya is currently working with Mecklenburg County as an IT Business Analyst.  Priya has handled various projects including web development, process automation.  She comes to the board with experiences from different industries – finance, non-profit and healthcare.

Priya has a Masters in Business Administration and is Certified in Business Analysis. Recently Priya completed her Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

In her spare time Priya interprets two Indian languages.  She currently resides in Matthews with her husband and a daughter.

Benjamin Bartlett

At Mecklenburg County Information Technology Services (ITS), Ben’s role is to (function as a) bridge between pure software development (as well as almost anything else 'IT'), and real-world deployment of technology solutions to business partners and end-users.

While Ben’s title for the past year has become Quality Assurance Tester, he accomplishes the role from a Business Analyst perspective – which he has fulfilled for over the previous 12 years between Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, and the City of Charlotte 311 Contact Center.

Ben is a graduate of Hampton University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.  A native of New York City, Ben resides in Charlotte, NC.  His greatest joy (and challenge) of having a deep, hands-on experience in communications, business analysis, and problem-solving skills – across many domains – is attempting to be seen as cool by his wife and two teenage daughters.  Until that happens, Ben is usually engaged in history, sports and music in his spare time.

Glenn Sadlik

Glenn Sadlik is currently employed at The Clearing House in Winston Salem as an EPMO Process Manager.  Glenn has over 20 years of Business Analyst, Project Management and Process Management experience.
 
Glenn is both Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (SSLBBP) and Scrum Master Certified.  He is also an experienced Clarity CA PPM and iRise Administrator and Modeler.  Glenn received a Bachelor Degree - B.P.S. Business and Corporation Finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, New York.  He also is a Board member of Winston Salem Tennis Inc.  
 
Glenn enjoys kayaking, playing tennis and travel.  He lives in Kernersville, North Carolina.

Lovely Bell

Lovely has over 13 years with local government between Mecklenburg County and the City of Charlotte. One of her roles is technology team liaison between Mecklenburg County and the City of Charlotte Zoning staff.
Lovely graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pfeiffer University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has completed her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from CPCC.
Lovely and her husband are new empty-nesters that reside in Charlotte with their Chihuahua. Outside of church fellowship and activities, Lovely loves reading, freelance graphic design, digital scrapbooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jeanne Adams-Taylor

Jeanne Adams-Taylor is currently employed for Wells Fargo Advisors as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Application Manager.  She has been in her current role for the past 3 years of her 15-year tenure with the bank.  Jeanne has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry, serving in several leadership, business analyst and project management roles.
 
Jeanne graduated from Montreat College with Honors in 1999 receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Again, in 2013 being awarded her Master of Business Administration.
 
Jeanne resides in Charlotte with her husband.  She is very active in her church and loves spending time with her family.

Pamela Ploger

Pamela Ploger is currently employed at Lowe’s corporate headquarters as a Senior IT Business Analyst.  She also has become involved with the Lowe’s BA Community of Practice through membership on subcommittees; one for Standards and the other for identifying and bringing in industry best practices for the BA community. Previously, Pamela was the IT Manager at the Ada Jenkins Center, a nonprofit in Davidson, NC.  Prior to that, she was at Invista, where she was a Project Manager working in the Procurement, Logistics and Environmental, Health and Safety areas.

Pamela is both Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certified.  She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Widener University.

Pamela enjoys reading, running and travel.  She lives in Davidson with her husband and five cats.

Mike Rawls

Mike Rawls is currently employed at Lowe's corporate headquarters and has successfully served as a business analyst and project manager in his 9 year tenure there. He has also served in various leadership roles for the last 5 years to progress and mature the BA role there. He previously served as the chair of the Standards sub-committee in Lowe's BA Community of Practice and made significant progress in updating BA deliverables, establishing content standards, developing standardized high level and detailed planning processes for elicitation, and established governance around them.

He also served as a project manager, BA, and developer at a master world wide distributor of technical products and received a number of awards while there, including the prestigious Chairman's Circle Award.

Mike's real passion are his son and daughter and participating in their lives. He also enjoys highly competitive games of racquetball, travel, and continuing the pursuit of becoming the best BA possible.

Amy Merritt

Amy has been with Lowe’s Home Improvement since 2013 where she began as a Sr. Business Analyst, and then became an Enterprise Business Analyst in 2016. She is passionate about modernizing IT Delivery, and has been a leader in the implementation of Requirements Management Tools at multiple companies - which includes internal implementation while at IBM, where she began her IT career. Amy also worked on eCommerce and Call Center systems and has spent several years as a BA working in Clinical Trial Management Systems and Agricultural Trials.  

A native of Raleigh,Amy is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Communications & Marketing.  She now lives in Mooresville with her husband of 30 years, her teenage son, two giant golden retrievers and a little papillion mix. Amy enjoys kickboxing, cooking, reading and digging her toes in the sand at the beach.

Joe Ballou

Joe Ballou is a Sr. Business Analyst currently employed by Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC.  With extensive experience in business process and solutions development performing BPM, BPA, BSA, systems analysis and solution design, Joe enjoys providing timely solutions to business needs in order to provide a better working environment for all affected teams.  Joe first engaged in business analysis work in the early 1990’s and has undergone extensive training allowing him to define solutions for projects at MCI, Ericsson/Sony Ericsson, College Foundation Inc., Verizon Business, Fidelity Investments, Time Warner Cable, Electrolux, Duke Energy, and, currently, Wells Fargo.

Joe received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University and an Executive Certificate in Business Analysis from the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University.

Joe enjoys spending time with family, serving and worshiping at church, skiing, running, and most any other outside activity.  Most recently, Joe and his family have become “Highpointers”, having summitted the highest peaks in 12 eastern states during their summer vacations.
